Making your own DIY Foaming Hand Wash is incredibly easy- so easy in fact that it’s barely even a recipe! It’s super cheap too, so you can make one for every room in your house that has a sink (that’s what I do!)
Mix and match your favourite essential oils to create your own custom scent.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp castile soap
- 1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil
- water
Essential oils
- 10 drops preferred essential oil/s see notes for suggestions

- 1 Hand Wash Vinyl Label
Instructions
- Pour castile soap into bottle and add essential oils2 tbsp castile soap, 10 drops preferred essential oil/s
- Swirl to combine
- Add fractionated coconut oil1 tbsp fractionated coconut oil
- Top up with water (leave room for the foaming pump!)water
Usage
- Swirl to combine ingredients and dispense as required
Notes
This is seriously the easiest recipe ever to make! It's not an exact science - you don't even really need the measurements and you can use any size foaming pump bottle.
See your bottle? Visualise a 1/3 at the bottom. Pour castile soap to 2/3 of that mark, then fractionated coconut oil to the mark. Then top up with water. So easy!
